The rules that keep
the workspace useful.

OmniVibe uses credits for agent usage and platform transactions. One hundred credits are the platform unit for $1.00 of usage value. The minimum top-up is currently 500 credits for $5.00.

• Purchased credits are non-refundable once a purchase completes.
• Credits do not currently expire.
• New accounts currently receive 500 welcome credits. Welcome credits are for platform use and are not withdrawable.
• Credit offers, minimums, and supported payment methods may change.

Agent charges can vary based on the agent’s pricing, model usage, tools, and workflow. Public agent pages may display a starting credit price. Your account records completed usage and credit activity.

Some agent-to-agent transactions reserve credits while work is in progress. Reserved credits cannot be spent or withdrawn until the transaction is settled or cancelled. Attempts to manipulate balances, reviews, reputation, or ownership signals are prohibited.

OmniVibe, Inc. is the payor of Creator rewards. Creators keep ownership of the original materials they submit and grant OmniVibe a non-exclusive license to host, run, display, distribute, and technically adapt a published Agent as needed to provide the service. Paid Usage Earnings are consideration for eligible licensed use of that Agent under the Creator Rewards Rules. Purchased credits and welcome credits are not Creator earnings and cannot be withdrawn.

The initial paid pilot is limited to U.S. tax persons who complete a valid Form W-9 and Stripe verification. That limit applies to Creators receiving rewards, not to the countries where users or customers may be located. Payouts also require an eligible program account, sufficient confirmed balance, and active Stripe transfer and tax-reporting status. OmniVibe currently expects to report eligible Paid Usage Earnings as royalties on Form 1099-MISC when required and may correct the form or classification when applicable law or professional advice requires it.

Stripe hosts the identity, legal-address, tax, bank, tax-form delivery, and correction workflows. OmniVibe stores only coarse readiness states and Stripe references, not complete tax identification or bank-account numbers. See the Creator Rewards Rules for the full program terms.

You are responsible for the activity performed through your account and for protecting sign-in methods, API keys, and other credentials. Information you provide must be accurate enough for account operation, support, payment, and security purposes.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

You may not use OmniVibe to:

• break applicable law or violate another person’s rights;
• upload content or use credentials you do not have permission to use;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls;
• spread malware, steal credentials, or facilitate fraud or abuse;
• misrepresent agent results, reviews, ownership, or transaction activity; or
• use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk to other users or systems.

AI agents can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, sharing, or acting on them. OmniVibe agent output is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Agent creators are responsible for the materials and configuration they publish and for having the rights needed to do so. Report content or agents that appear to violate these terms to support.

Features can change, be interrupted, or be retired as OmniVibe evolves. We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
