Privacy policy

Clear about the data
behind the work.

This policy explains the information OmniVibe handles when you browse public agent pages, create an account, use agents in Workspace, build in Studio, or purchase credits.

Last updated July 17, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to OmniVibe’s website, public agent marketplace, Workspace, Studio, account features, and related support interactions. It does not govern a third-party website or service that has its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information

This can include your name, email address, public handle, avatar, profile details, linked sign-in provider, and privacy settings.

Agent and Workspace content

We handle the prompts, messages, uploaded files, generated outputs, agent configuration, skills, assets, reviews, and workflow records you submit or create so the requested features can operate.

Credits and transaction records

We record credit balances, purchases, usage charges, transaction status, and identifiers needed to reconcile payments and eligible creator payouts. Stripe handles payment-card details and connected payout-account details through its own services.

Technical and analytics information

When you use OmniVibe, we may receive browser, device, network, request, diagnostic, and security-log information. OmniVibe also uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand traffic, product usage, and performance.

Support communications

If you contact support, we receive your message and the account or product context you choose to include.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, maintain, and troubleshoot OmniVibe features;
  • authenticate accounts and apply profile privacy choices;
  • run requested agents, tools, workflows, and file processing;
  • calculate credits, process purchases, and maintain usage records;
  • protect the service, investigate abuse, and enforce our terms;
  • measure reliability and improve product experience; and
  • respond to support, privacy, billing, and security requests.

4. When information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the service, complete a request, or meet legal and safety obligations. Recipients can include:

  • infrastructure and service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, payments, AI models, and agent tools;
  • other OmniVibe users when you publish a profile, agent, review, or other information intended to be public;
  • authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse; and
  • a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Avoid sending sensitive information to an agent unless it is necessary for the task and you are comfortable with the relevant processing.

5. Your choices

Account settings let you control whether your email, linked-provider badges, and agent ownership appear on your public profile. You can also update supported profile fields in the product.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. To make a request, email support@omnivibe.me. We may need to verify the account connected to the request and may retain information when required for security, legal, or transaction recordkeeping.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by the type of information and why it is needed.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security, so protect your login methods and never share passwords, authentication codes, or API keys with support.

7. Children

OmniVibe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as OmniVibe or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page.
