How the initial reward plan works.
The linked Rules are an initial draft until OmniVibe posts an activation date and approved accounting contract. No historical usage becomes eligible by implication.

Approved Agents may call declared search, communications, data, image, audio, or video services. Ops reviews the exact Tool and hosts. Service selections and material changes require review.
Before an Agent is public
- The Creator selects from the governed public service list.
- The Agent skill is checked against selected and undeclared services.
- The review page shows capability, data use, credentials, Tool, and hosts.
- Secret storage and model routing remain internal—not selectable catalog entries.
Prohibited activity
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, sanctions-evasive, payout-manipulating, self-dealing, coordinated-fraud, or policy-circumventing activity. OmniVibe may hold, reject, pause, reverse unpaid rewards, or remove Agents while a review is pending.
Creator FAQ
The important questions, upfront.
Who is eligible for the Creator Program?
The application checks country, entity type, minimum age, account standing, and rights attestations. For the initial paid pilot, payouts are limited to U.S. tax persons with a valid Form W-9 and completed Stripe verification. That restriction applies to Creators receiving rewards, not to the countries where users or customers may be located. Passing one review never silently passes another.
Where do I provide my address and tax information?
Not in an ordinary OmniVibe form. After provisional approval, Stripe’s hosted onboarding securely collects and verifies legal address, identity, Form W-9 information, and bank details. Stripe also hosts tax-form delivery and correction workflows. OmniVibe stores readiness status and references, not complete tax identifiers or bank-account numbers.
What rights does OmniVibe receive, and how are rewards reported?
You keep ownership of original materials you submit and grant OmniVibe, Inc. a non-exclusive license to host, run, display, distribute, and technically adapt a published Agent as needed to provide the service. Paid Usage Earnings are consideration for eligible licensed use. OmniVibe currently expects to report qualifying U.S. Paid Usage Earnings as royalties on Form 1099-MISC, subject to correction when law or professional advice requires it.
What is the difference between paid and free usage?
The analytics dashboard reports charged usage credits separately from free or waived runs. Usage credits describe what a run consumed; they are not Creator earnings. Free, promotional, self-test, internal QA, failed, canceled, abusive, and other excluded activity does not create ordinary rewards.
How is the Creator reward calculated?
The current draft proposes 50% of positive eligible margin, with a zero floor. Eligible margin depends on cash-backed paid value minus approved direct costs, fees, adjustments, and taxes. The formula is not active until OmniVibe publishes an approved Rules version and activation time.
Are dashboard earnings final?
No. Usage analytics are live, but earnings stay unavailable until reward accounting is activated. After launch, estimates will remain provisional until the monthly statement review completes; confirmed, held, and paid balances will be shown separately.
When are rewards reviewed and confirmed?
The current draft uses calendar-month statements followed by a 14-day review period. Refunds, disputes, exclusions, calculation corrections, and compliance holds may change an unconfirmed amount. This timing is not effective until the Rules are approved and activated.
Is there a payout minimum?
The current draft minimum is $25 in confirmed, unheld rewards. Smaller confirmed balances would roll forward. Payout also requires an eligible program account, completed tax requirements, and active Stripe transfer capability.
Why can rewards or payouts be held?
A hold may follow an eligibility change, identity or tax requirement, sanctions review, payment dispute, unusual activity, Agent suspension, or policy investigation. Holds are separate from Agent review and should include an explainable status and support path.
What can I see in Creator analytics?
You can see aggregate unique users, runs, sessions, daily or weekly trends, token usage, paid/free mix, usage credits, and Agent comparisons. OmniVibe does not expose end-user identity, prompts, messages, or conversation content to Creators.
When can I publish and share an Agent?
You can build and test while your program application is reviewed. Public search, Discovery, runtime access, and sharing require Ops approval of the exact Agent revision. Editing an approved Agent creates a new draft; approval never advances to code Ops did not inspect.
How are third-party services reviewed?
Select only from the governed service list and declare the purpose, Tool, and hosts. Ops compares the actual skill with selected and undeclared services. Internal model routing and managed secret storage are platform infrastructure, not Creator-selectable services.
